In the first week we’re building the foundation of the Product Market Fit Pyramid. This is the most crucial and, sadly, most overlooked step in the lifecycle of a business. You will:
Lets face it – people don’t want to buy products or services – they want to solve problems and satisfy a need. So week 2 is going to transform you into an expert needs solver. You will learn what needs your customers have and how your business can satisfy them.
Week 3 is all about your value proposition. We have our dream customer and know what need they have. So now it’s all about figuring out how you can add value to your customer and make them believe that you can solve their problem.
Week 4 – The next building block. Once you know your audience, you know what they need and you have your proposition how you are going to add value to them, then we start building out features accordingly.
Now it’s getting exciting. UX accelerator is all about creating your prototype and more importantly test it with your target audience.

Hi! My name is Reto and I've worked in various marketing roles for over 25 years. For the past 6 years I've worked (and am still working in this role currently) as the head of marketing for Mastercard Switzerland. My experience spans across advertising agencies, as well as senior marketing roles.
I helped develop and start small businesses, all the way up to global corporate brands. Some of them you will know for sure. I was fortunate to help grow some of these giants like Mastercard, IBM, Coca-Cola, Renault, Dell, HP, UBS, PayPal and others.
