Click to watch why getting product market fit, is a process and shouldn't be hard!
If you're not getting consistent customers, this is a red flag and usually means you're not serving a need that's required or people are willing to pay for your product/service. When you have product market fit, customers acquisition feels easy.
If your customers are trying your product, but aren't sticking around, it suggests that something isn't quite right. Churn rate varies of course and is sometimes unavoidable, but find out the benchmark of your industry to compare.
When you're spending a lot on marketing, but aren't seeing any organic growth it's a sign that your product might not be solving the right problem. When you have organic growth, people find and recommend your product naturally.
It's called the PMF30 Blueprint Challenge. And it's actually that - a blueprint! We will go through 30 essential steps together and asses your business, if you already have one. Or if you're just starting out, we will asses your business idea. At the end you've gone through a rigorous process and I can guarantee you, that you will challenge your beliefs and avoid the most common mistakes. Things like obsessing about a product idea - without determining if you are meeting an underserved need first. Or developing product features - without having identified a profitable customer segment first. This will help you future proof your business!
As a marketing expert with over 25 years of experience, I made it my mission to help business owners future proof their business.
We all know this feeling. You have a brilliant idea and start running with it.
You spend weeks, months, sometimes years perfecting your idea and starting a business, only to find out years later, that you started running into the wrong direction. That brilliant idea doesn't seem so brilliant anymore, when you struggle to attract and/or retain customers and you barely get by.
What is surprising to me is that so many businesses struggle with that. Establishing product market fit, is actually a methodical process! Yes it might mean, that you burry your brilliant idea and start again, or change your target audience you initially thought, or identifying an underserved need - you didn't know about, or develop product features customers are willing to pay for. But wouldn't you rather do that, than losing a ton of money, blood, sweat and tears by running in the wrong direction?

Hi! My name is Reto and I've worked in various marketing roles for over 25 years. For the past 6 years I've worked as the head of marketing for Mastercard Switzerland (and am still working in this role currently). My experience spans across advertising agencies, as well as senior marketing roles.
I helped develop and start small businesses, all the way up to global corporate brands. Some of them you will know. I was fortunate to help grow some of these giants like Mastercard, IBM, Coca-Cola, Renault, Dell, HP, UBS, PayPal and others.
The lessons I've learnt over the last quarter of a century, working on all these brands - big and small, is what I want to pass on to you. In particular I'm focusing on helping small business owners and startups future proof their business and get product market fit.
